We are happy and ready tackle international architectural projects and are quite eager to collaborate
with overseas builders and architects regarding local architectural regulations and requirements,
whatever they may be. We achieve this by constructing a mutual agreement on roles, responsibilities,
fees, schedules, etc. and by making adjusting conditions where necessary.
We are currently considering the two overseas sites in our business plans: Northern California
(particularly the San Francisco Bay Area) in the USA, and the Shanghai area in China. If you are

1. If you are located outside Japan or just arriving here and looking for architects to design some
architecture for you, we may be just the fit for you. We can provide front-to-end architectural services
described above for domestic building: from basic design concept and master planning, to master
design, functional drawing, all the way to construction supervision.
2. If you already have an architect in your country and are looking for a partner in Japan, we can
collaborate with your architect by creating a contract with you and/or the architect in your country. We
can fulfill any or all of the architectural design services described above: basic design concept and
master planning, master design, functional drawing, or construction supervision.
3. If you are interested in high-quality Japanese traditional architecture or even just the style itself, let
us be your guide!
